Heather Hart

Heather was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado. She has a deep love for the mountains and holistic healing. If she's not guiding a yoga class,  offering sound healing or working with a private client, you'll likely find her barefoot in the woods connecting with nature.  Heather has decades of experiential knowledge in different plant medicines, their psychoactive compounds and therapeutic benefits.  Guiding clients on the beautifully profound journey of reconnection to self, exploration and transformation of being,  is her passion.

Heather's personal experience with psychedelics and Yoga has brought her here. The fusion of these two healing therapies offered her the most transformative journeys of her life. It is a tremendous honor and joy for her to create and hold that same sacred space for others. She believes Integration of the psychedelic experience is key to a truly transformative journey and that doing so from a Yogic perspective is incredibly powerful.
